In proud association with Absolute Adventure, it is exciting news to be able to offer Stand Up Paddleboarding lessons and trips in the United Arab Emirates and Oman. Throughout the Winter months we will have a daily schedule of trips, lessons and sessions aimed at all abilities from total beginners to multi day expeditions.
We have been leading paddling trips both on Kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards for many years. With this huge amount of experience we can help you to see some spectacular sights from the unique position of a Stand Up Paddleboard.

HIRE SUPS AND SURFBOARDS
With spots easily accessible from Ras Al Khaimah as well as downtown Dubai we offer SUP and Surfboard hire at one of the Arabian Gulfs most consistent surf locations. A gentle SUP on calm serene waters followed by a fun packed surf in small, beginner friendly waves is a regular event in the same day!
Want to experience the Emirates on the water? we are proud to be able to offer you Weeklong hires of our high-quality equipment where we can deliver direct to your house or hotel. Our inflatable Stand Up Paddleboards and Surfboards (yes, Inflatable Surfboards!!) fit easily into the back of your car, so that you can find true freedom and ultimate choice.
TOURS AND LESSONS FOR ALL
If you are a total beginner we offer courses that can take you from your first tentative steps on a board all the way to being truly independent. Our courses are designed to help you every step of the way, looking at improving your technique, equipment, safety and rescues, so that you will truly feel confident being out on your own.
From the amazing marine life of the East Coast, the important natural habitats of the mangroves, to awe inspiring cityscapes, our tours are designed to take you to some truly special places.

EXPERIENCE YOU CAN RELY ON
Twenty years plus of Absolute Adventure knowledge is combined with the experience of one of the UK's longest running Stand Up Paddleboard schools (Paddle Surf Scotland) to offer some incredible, unique on water experiences. Our lead instructor is a published author of Stand Up Paddleboard books, a podium placing surfer and sponsored Paddleboarder with plenty of local knowledge to help you make the most of Stand Up Paddleboarding and your time on the water.
Absolute Adventure ( adventure.ae ) is an award winning, Dubai based provider of local and international adventures, team building and outdoor education. Our guests include expatriates living in the UAE, tourists visiting for a holiday, children on class trips and corporate team building groups looking for a unique way to facilitate a better cohesion within the group. LOCATIONS
With a variety of incredible Stand Up Paddleboarding locations across the United Arab Emirates and Oman, we can take you to some of the most beautiful, diverse and unique SUP locations. All of our locations have been carefully selected for its excellent paddling opportunities, stunning views and to provide the paddler with lasting memories.
Ras Al Khaimah - RAK is the UAE's adventure capital, and for good reason. With the Hajar mountains soaring overhead, we can take you to some incredible SUP locations. Take a trip alongside Saraya Island, get up close and personal with Turtles in the mangroves of Al Rams, or hit the surf at Al Hamra. The varied conditions and landscapes mean you can progress quickly and easily in some beautiful locations.
Dubai - Experience the awe-inspiring cityscape from the best view around, from the water. Take in the amazing skyline, diverse culture, historic sights and the hidden nature that Dubai has. Whether on holiday or living locally, see Dubai differently on a SUP tour or lesson.
Jebel Ali - Just West of Dubai, paddling in Jebel Ali offers a unique mix of leisure and industry to explore. With views towards both the Palm Jebel Ali and the Logo Islands, the golden sands of Jebel Ali are a fantastic Paddleboarding destination.
East Coast - From snorkeling and SUP trips, imposing coastal mountain scenery, local wildlife encounters and gorgeous beaches, UAE's other coast has plenty to offer. Stand Up Paddleboarding in Fujairah, Dibba, Khorfakkan and Kalba offers some incredible opportunities.
Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain - From mangrove swamp exploration to surfing in lovely warm water, Stand Up Paddleboarding in Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain gives you the best of both worlds, nature, cityscapes and a slice of adrenalin.
Musandam, Oman - Some of the World's most stunning coastal scenery can be found less than an hour and a half from Dubai. Experience the unique and friendly Omani culture alongside some of the best paddling possible anywhere. A truly unique place to Stand Up Paddleboard.

- Saraya Island Tours (3hr session) - Experience two unique paddling environments at Saraya Island, near Ras Al Khaimah. A gorgeous sandy island we can paddle the sheltered mainland side and use the perfectly flat water to progress our SUP skills before experiencing the wide open beauty of the Arabian Gulf and its lovely beaches. With mangroves, the occasional phenomena of the 'Saraya Pink Lake' and the lovely Hajar Mountains backdrop it is a UAE classic.
- Dubai Creek Tours (3hr session) - Experience our Stand Up Paddleboarding tour underneath Dubai's unique skyline. Taking in the Dubai Festival City views including its giant ferris wheel. Explore Dubai's historic creek, while taking in the awe inspiring backdrop, including the Burj Khalifa, the World's tallest building.
- Mangrove Tour (1.5hr and 3 hr sessions) - Mangroves are a truly special wildscape. A natural carbon sink, vital to stop global warming, they are home to many wonderful animals, including turtles. Experience these special places while learning to Paddle in Umm Al Quwaiin or Saraya Island, Ras Al Khaimah.

- East Coast Tour (3hr trip) - Our East Coast Tour's are curated to let you experience some stunning views and history, while paddling on the Emirates' Gulf of Oman coastline. Tours take place in Dibba, Khorfakkan, Fujairah and Kalba.
- Snoopy Island SUP and Snorkel (3hr trip) - The perfect combination, paddle out to Snoopy Island on the East Coast, one of the most incredible places to snorkel. We provide all the equipment required to both explore by SUP as well as go snorkeling.
- Dibba Island SUP and Snorkel (3hr trip) - Less well known than Snoopy Island, Dibba Rock, on the East Coast is another truly special place to explore. Learn to Paddle as you enjoy the warm, azure blue waters of the Gulf of Oman then slip under the water to explore its marine life by snorkel. We provide all the equipment required to both explore by SUP as well as go snorkeling.
- SUP Surf at Al Hamriyah, Saraya and Al Hamra (1.5hr and 3hr sessions) - Want to push your SUP skills into the exciting, dynamic environment of the surf?. The generally small but fun surf at some of the countries most consistent spots is the perfect place to master possibly the most exciting and challenging way to SUP. Only an hour from Dubai to Al Hamriyah and 20 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah to Al Hamra and Saraya.
- Oman day paddle - The Musandam region of Oman, known with good reason as ' the Norway of Arabia' is a World class SUP destination. Huge cliffs, tiny hidden coves, azure blue waters combine with the unique local Omani culture for a once in a lifetime paddle. Local visas are included.
- Oman 2 day Dhow and SUP tour - The ultimate SUP trip. Live aboard a traditional Dhow boat, sleeping on deck underneath the stars after a day paddling into tiny coves underneath the huge Musandam cliffs. All food, beverages and local visas are provided.
- Duke of Edinburgh courses - Gold, Silver and Bronze courses can be offered.
